Pickup is confirmed after the order is reviewed. You will get a window and a place. Bring a government photo ID that shows you are 21 or older. We do not release an order to someone else because they have the confirmation text.

Delivery is offered where we can legally hand it to you. The fee is $8, and it is waived from $50. The person who ordered meets the driver with ID. If nobody 21 or older is there, the order comes back.
Hours are by confirmed window, not a lobby that stays open all day. If you need a specific time, say so in the order notes and we will tell you whether that window is real before we take payment.
