How the shop works
We weigh what we sell, keep the batch with the name, and confirm the order before it goes out. The menu is the result of that routine, not the other way around.
These are the listings people reorder when the batch is still the one we posted. Prices below are the starting size.
What we actually do
The work is ordinary on purpose. A name stays attached to one batch. A weight is the weight on the scale. A question gets a person, not a copied reply. That is the service behind the menu.
If a seal is wrong or a name does not match, we replace that package. We would rather hold an order than send a substitute.
